This is my second screen printer; I previously owned an old, heavy American-made model. I sold that for $500 and chose this one because it lacked complicated adjustments and offered a larger capacity. It was a six-color machine, but the absence of micro-adjustments made it less functional than I hoped. Plus, it was incredibly heavy.
Upon opening the box, I was immediately impressed by the quality of this machine, especially considering its price. Having experience with a high-end model, I knew what to look for. Aside from the non-rubber wheels and the oddly small spring adjustments, this printer outperforms my previous $500 machine. Both of these aspects can be easily upgraded for minimal cost.
The main reason for my review is to address concerns about the assembly instructions. If you’re worried about putting it together, don’t be. I found the assembly straightforward. If you enjoyed playing with Legos as a child, you can definitely handle this! I have no idea why others claim the instructions are poor. They even organized the hardware by the steps, which was very considerate. The instructions were clear, colorful, and in English. I assembled it in just 30 minutes without any trouble. The packaging was excellent, and it looks fantastic. If you’re having accuracy issues, it’s likely due to not taking the time to use the numerous adjustments available.
I wholeheartedly recommend this screen printer to anyone who can’t afford a Riley Hopkins or is just starting out. It’s solid, the hardware is impressive, and they truly stand behind their playful motto.
